Contact LitBuy
The Contact LitBuy page explains what information buyers should prepare before asking for help with spreadsheet categories, proxy shopping guidance, QC photo workflows, shipping notes or support resources. Because LitBuy is a static education site, many answers are already available in the Help Center, shipping policy, warehouse guide and prohibited items page.
A clear support request saves time. Buyers should identify the marketplace, product link, selected options, order status, warehouse status, shipping route and the specific decision they need to make. The more precise the request, the easier it is to separate seller issues, warehouse issues, route issues and general buyer questions.
What information should be included?
Include the original product link, marketplace name, selected size or color, order number if available, domestic tracking number, warehouse item ID, QC photo concern, requested shipping route and destination country. If the question is about measurements, include the seller chart and the measurement you want checked. If the question is about shipping, include parcel weight and route options.
If a buyer is reporting an outdated spreadsheet link, include the category, item name, marketplace URL and what appears wrong. Links can expire, sellers can change listings and product variants can disappear. Clear reports help content updates focus on real issues.
What should be checked before sending a message?
Check the Help Center for common order questions, the warehouse page for QC questions, the size chart page for measurement questions and the prohibited items page for route-sensitive products. Many problems can be solved faster by checking the relevant guide before waiting for a reply.
For urgent seller returns, buyers should contact the agent or seller support channel directly because return windows can be short. LitBuy can explain preparation steps, but the agent or seller controls order-level actions.
What can LitBuy support not guarantee?
LitBuy cannot guarantee seller acceptance, warehouse timing, customs decisions, carrier delivery, final costs or third-party checkout behavior. It also cannot recover missing external account credentials or override marketplace rules. The site provides practical education and static reference content.
If a request depends on payment reversal, account identity, seller negotiation, warehouse handling or carrier investigation, the buyer must use the responsible third-party support channel. LitBuy can help clarify what evidence to prepare, but it cannot make operational decisions for those services.

Review evidence and update process
The LitBuy Editorial Team reviews marketplace guidance against buyer-facing tasks: checking original seller URLs, comparing QC photo evidence, identifying size and material questions, noting route restrictions and separating buyer-verifiable facts from seller, agent, carrier and customs decisions. Updates are made when category guidance, warehouse steps, shipping route notes, privacy posture or buyer-risk language changes. Shoppers should keep product links, order screenshots, QC photos, measurements, parcel weights and tracking records until delivery is complete.
